• We ask you minimal personal information, such as your name and email address, to be able to identify you to the employer.
• As soon as you complete our online questionnaire, we send the assessment to the employer.
• Your assessment results, stripped of any personally-identifiable information, may be used for research purposes.
• The employer may be working with an OMG Authorized Partner (reseller of our products/services) who also has access to your data for the purposes of helping the employer interpret results or provide recruiting-related services
• We don't use your personal information for any other purposes or share it with any other 3rd-parties.
• You have certain rights, such as to request that we remove your personal data from our systems.  You can exercise those rights by contacting us.
