Our online assessment system supports all major web browsers, including Internet Explorer / Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
If you're still using Windows XP, please note that you'll need to use Firefox or Chrome, as we do not support Internet Explorer running on Windows XP.
It's important that you have cookies enabled in your web browser, as we use them to track your identity while you complete our online assessment.
Sometimes a web browser may be corrupted or have extensions installed that could interfere with your ability to use our site. This is a rare occurrence, but happens most frequently with Internet Explorer. Symptoms of these issues could include questions taking a long time to load, getting timeout messages, or the cursor spinning indefinitely. If you're having trouble with our site, we recommend you try a different web browser on your computer. We find that installing Chrome works the best for people who have having difficulty.
