Reusing assessment answers when you have previously completed the assessment

We respect how valuable your time is, and we don't want to waste your time by making you answer questions that you already have.

If you have completed one of our candidate assessments within the past year, we won't make you answer all of our assessment questions again.  Instead, we'll simply copy the answers you previously provided to us and reuse those.  If it's been more than a couple of months, we may have a handful of questions we want you to answer again, related to matters that may change in that period of time.  We also might have a few additional questions for you to answer if we have added questions to the assessment you are completing.

Please be assured that we won't tell your prospective employer that we reused answers from a previous assessment you took with us.

Every employer has unique requirements for each role, and your answers will be re-assessed against the requirements for the role you are applying to.
