Advanced Features for optimized Applicant Tracking Systems (OMG Chrome extension)
Optimized Applicant Tracking Systems
The OMG Chrome extension's Advanced Features lets it automatically extract candidate email addresses from the following optimized Applicant Tracking Systems (as of April 23, 2019):
Activating Advanced Features
To get started, right-click the OMG icon to the right of the address bar, and select "Options" from the menu.
The "Advanced Features" window will open. You will need to enter the domain of your ATS. You can get this by opening your ATS and looking at the address bar. For example, if the address bar were to show "https://something.ats.com/candidate/123", you would enter "something.ats.com" (without the quotes). The domain is the portion of the address after "http://" or "https://" and before the next "/". Type the domain of your ATS in the text box, then click "Add Domain"
You will receive a prompt to allow the extension to read the data on your ATS. We need this permission to automatically extract the candidate's email address. We do not collect any personal information from your ATS, other than the email address of candidates when you send a link. You can remove this permission at any time. If you agree to provide this permission, click "Allow".
If you are not comfortable with these permissions, you can still use the extension without its Advanced Features.
